Bu ileti\u015fimin temel ta\u015flar\u0131ndan olan <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"473\">geri bildirim (feedback)<\/strong> ve <strong data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"509\">ileri bildirim (feedforward)<\/strong> kavramlar\u0131, her ne kadar birbirine yak\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de, geli\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki i\u015flevleri ve etkileri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ta\u015f\u0131r. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir performans y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in bu iki kavram aras\u0131ndaki farklar\u0131 anlamak ve etkin bi\u00e7imde kullanmak hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"824\">Geribildirim Nedir? Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k Yaratman\u0131n Yolu<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"997\">Geri bildirim, ki\u015finin ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na veya performans\u0131na odaklan\u0131r.
